Interviewing Sir Domz: Relating about Substitution

What is Sir Domz job all about?

-Sir Domz, an English teacher and Student Affair and Development Officer (SADO) of the school, Holy Trinity College.

As a SADO, his task is to know and to have the schedules of every students' activity here in high school department. The one who is handling different schedules of organizations.
As an English teacher, he teach in some sections of Grade 8 and 9. He's the one handling the section of OLF, St. John and St. James.

In some emergencies that you need to be absent from your job, is there somebody who is going to substitute in your responsibility for the day? And who are these people?

-There is actually a teacher that could substitute on my absence. Especially when they have no work and it's their free time. It depends on the day that a teacher have their available time and allow to substitute in a class. Thus, it is an allowance for them to do substitution, a part of their task. But sometimes there is a problem, if a teacher cannot help in the substitution form, the academic teacher is in charged to find another to substitute on a class.

Talking about pronouns, we learned that it serves as a substitution of a noun. In relation to this, is it really important to have substitution in life?

-It is such very important to have substitution because it is the guarantee of  the one who gave the allowance to you especially for those unexpected absences. And for the one who substitute, he or she is the one who is actually assisting in the absence of that person. It is really important because no one will take the place if no one will substitute.

For you, is it possible to have no substitution at all?

-I don't think so. Substitution is really important so it is one of impossible thoughts for having no substitution at all. No one will take the place of the absence of a person. Just like pronouns, they're really helpful so a sentence doesn't look fool to repeat nouns. A sentence or even in a real life seems so redundant to have no substitution at all. So, having no substitution is impossible because they are really important in a sentence or even in real life.

Thanks for your precious time Sir Domz!
